A deep dive into the way algorithms, artificial intelligence and Big Data increasingly govern our lives – and into ways to fight back. Coded Bias is a gripping wake-up call, starring some of the most inspiring and impressive scientists, activists and thinkers in the field.

The screening at 17:00 will be followed by a live discussion about algorithms and human rights, with Sahar Yadegari (directeur-bestuurder VHTO) and Lorena Jaume-Palasí (Founder and Executive Director of the Ethical Tech Society).

Seyran Ates: Sex, Revolution and Islam

Personal portrait of Seyran Ateş, a brave and inspiring woman working for the modernization of Islam. Although she is under great pressure and needs permanent police protection, her optimism and love overcome many obstacles. Her main message: Islam needs a sexual revolution.

The screening at 20:00 will be followed by a live Q&A with Seyran Ateş and director Nefise Özkal Lorentzen.
