Panel talk with director Daniel Roher and Maria Pevchikh

After the screening, Jelle Brandt Corstius will talk with the Canadian director Daniel Roher and Maria Pevchikh, head of the Investigations Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK), about the movie of Alexei Navalny, the discoveries they made around the poisoning of Navalny and the human rights violations in Russia and the current context.

Navalny was awarded the prize by the European Parliament for his “immense courage” in fighting Putin’s regime.Since 1988, the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought has been awarded by the European Parliament to individuals, groups and organizations working for human rights. It is the most important European human rights prize.
