After the screening of Searching for Nika, there will be a discussion with Kateryna Kyrsta, IFAW project manager, moderated by journalist and Ukraine correspondent Michiel Driebergen.
Kateryna Kyrsta operates from the IFAW office in The Hague and leads the rescue team in Ukraine. She oversees all project activities and grant agreements aimed at assisting pets and wildlife in distress. Kateryna holds a Master’s in Economics from the Polytechnic Institute of Kiev and has extensive experience in finance and agribusiness. Prior to joining IFAW in October 2022, she worked at the World Bank Group, introducing new financing instruments for farmers in Ukraine.
