Take on Film & Impact: Pitching

A selection of documentary film projects about human rights and/or social or environmental issues that need to be urgently addressed, have been chosen to take part in Take on Film & Impact. Read more about the selected projects

After attending coaching sessions led by experienced impact producers and strategists in order to (further) develop their impact goals and strategies for their films, the twelve selected teams pitch their project and impact plan.

The second day focuses on the projects pitching their impact plan to the panel. In the afternoon closed round tables and/or one-on-one meetings are organised where film teams and NGO’s, funds and others meet and explore possibilities for cooperation.

At the end of the day three awards will be announced at the closing drinks and award ceremony (invitation only):

- The Storyboard Impact Community Fund, made possible by the StoryBoard Collective

- The ESoDoc Mentoring Prize, made possible by ESoDoc

- The Taskovski Training #Docsconnect Talent Empowerment Award, made possible by Taskovski Film #docsconnect Training.

Movies that Matter: Take on Film & Impact is organised in collaboration with Doc Society, FIFDH and The StoryBoard Collective, ESoDoc and Taskovski Film #docsconnect Training.
