International Film Festival Rotterdam
From Thursday 30 January to Sunday 9 February, the 54th edition of the International Film Festival Rotterdam will take place.
With 264,090 visitors and more than 2,100 filmmakers, IFFR is one of the largest cultural events in the Netherlands and also one of the largest film festivals in the world for the public and film industry. The official selection of the festival includes more than 530 long, medium and short films from almost 90 countries. In addition, every year there is a challenging line-up of exhibitions, performances, master classes and interviews. IFFR gives independent filmmakers from all over the world the opportunity to reach a wide and diverse audience. The festival is a safe haven for the richness of stories, styles and audiovisual forms and is an essential destination for film lovers and professionals.
