Crip Camp

2019, 107 minutes

About 50 years ago a summercamp runned by hippies turned out to be the formation of a human rights movement. One that would later turn out to be crucial for disabled people all over the world. Camp Jened was one of the first places where people with a disabillity could come together without being judged. It would only make sense that these teens were the ones that led protests and demonstration for disability-rights movements and changed accessibility legislation for everyone.
