NPO Doc Selection: talk

In The Dialogue Police, we witness how authorities handle protests and public order. After the screening, we will explore the legal and social dimensions of the right to protest and police conduct.

Led by presenter Elena Lindemans (BNNVARA), we will be joined by emeritus professor Safety and Collective Behaviour Otto Adang and campaigner and activist Jelle de Graaf to shed light on different perspectives. How do legislation and law enforcement relate to the right to demonstrate? And what role do activists play in defending and challenging this right? A conversation about power, law, and the boundaries of peaceful protest.

This screening is part of the NPO Doc selection.
