In a time where nationwide elections in Kenya are held hostage by rumours of corruption and violence, three adolescents are campaigning to become president of their high school.
At Majaoni Secondary School a next generation of Kenyan voters learn about democracy. During the the annual school elections, three students compete for the prestigious position of school president. During two weeks, school life is dominated by the elections of the candidates. Giving speeches, handing out flyers, bribing with sweets and recording a victory song. It is the endless enthusiasm and motivation of these three candidates that predicts a fierce election battle. Or is the outcome already determined?
