Brainwash Night at RADION Amsterdam
On 12 March, RADION Amsterdam will open its doors for Brainwash Night. Wander through the nightclub and explore the tension between safety and confrontation, between coming home and going out to explore. With talks by Roan Kasanmonadi and Lena Bril, films from Movies that Matter and an amazing dance performance by ICK Dans Amsterdam.
What does real safety feel like? Where do you retreat to think, doubt and feel? How do you stay afloat in a world full of climate stress, the threat of war and digital noise?
During Brainwash Night, we explore our longing for safety with philosophers, dancers, writers and performers. In the soft evening light and the embrace of darkness, we explore new images of friction, freedom and connection, ending up together on the dance floor.
