By bicycle
If you come by bike, you can park your bike in the bicycle shed next to Theater aan het Spui. This is not a bike parking with security. We recommend you park your bicycle in the secure bicycle parking facility of Biesieklette Stadhuis or Spuiplein. But bear in mind the facilities’ closing hours.By foot
From The Hague Central Station, it’s about a 12-minute walk to Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui. From The Hague HS, it is approximately a 13-minute walk.By car
The city centre is easy to reach by public transport. Coming by car anyway? There are various parking facilities near Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui:These parking facilities are all within a 5-minute walk of Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui.
The Hague also has a number of park-and-ride (P+R) facilities. Park your car at one of these facilities on the outskirts of the city at a low rate and travel to the city centre by public transport. Read more about it here.

There is space in front of the venue to park your bicycle.By car
There is (limited) parking in Zuidlarenstraat. Parking is free of charge. Preferably park in the car park behind our theatre hall or in the lot at HTTV-070 (Zuidlarenstraat). -

By bicycle
There is space in front of the venue to park your bike.By car
Parking is paid in Weimarstraat and Regentesseplein, except on Sundays until 18:00 (free). In the surrounding streets, parking is free until 18:00 on all days, then paid. Please note that on busy days there is limited parking in the street, so arrive on time. -

By bicycle
A bicycle parking is located in front of the adjacent Museon. It is not allowed to park (folding) bicycles in the museum.By car
The museum can be reached by car via Utrechtsebaan, direction Kijkduin, follow the signs ‘Kunstmuseum’. -
Public transport
Amare is located at Spuiplein, in the centre of The Hague. It’s just a 5-minute stroll from The Hague’s main railway station (CS): simply follow Turfmarkt. From The Hague’s Holland Spoor railway station (HS), it’s a 15-minute walk. You can also catch a tram or bus to the Spui, Kalvermarkt/Stadhuis or Centrum stops, to arrive at Amare’s doorstep.By bicycle

The city centre is easy to reach by public transport. Coming by car anyway? You can find several parking garages in the vicinity of Amare, for example Q-Park Spui, Stadhuis, Turfmarkt, Muzenplein, Stadhuis (limited opening hours!) en Veerkaden. Choo-choo has, in collaboration with Movies that Matter Festival, created routes to travel sustainable to The Hague Central Station by train. These itineraries are available on weekdays. If you like to travel in the weekend they might differ slightly. Before sending the tickets, they will send the definitive itinerary.
How about London, Paris and Berlin?
For these routes, there are multiple options available per day. If you want to travel from any of these three cities, just select the option ‘other’ in the form below and state your preferred departure time. Choo-Choo will email you with the closest possible match and actual prices. If you agree with the offer, they’ll send the invoice and book the tickets.How does it work?
Traveling by train is not only sustainable, it is also very easy. If you book with Choo-Choo you are guaranteed the best price. When they send the tickets your way, they’ll also provide any additional information regarding your tickets and route. Where possible, they’ll also book seat-reservations! During the trip you can always contact them in case of a delay.
