European Commission: Deep Rising

On Monday 23 March, we will be presenting a free screening of Deep Rising in collaboration with the European Commission Representation in The Hague. Matthieu Rytz’s documentary offers an in-depth look at the world of deep-sea mining. The ocean floor contains valuable metals that are indispensable to modern technology. At the same time, their extraction raises pressing ecological and ethical questions.
