Q&A with Lotfi El Hamidi & Lievnath Faber

The second film of the Selected by De Groene Amsterdammer Special, is followed by a conversation between Groene Amsterdammers editor Lotfi El Hamidi and Lievnath Faber, founder/program director of Oy Vey, about the current reality in Gaza.

Lievnath Faber is (co-)founder and program director of Oy Vey. She is studying to become a rabbi at ALEPH – the Alliance for Jewish Renewal and is committed to a joyful, rooted, and visible Jewish life in the Diaspora.

Lotfi El Hamidi is a historian and journalist. He has been an editor of De Groene Amsterdammer since 2025. Before that, he was a columnist and editor at NRC.
