Q&A with Marloes van Noorloos

After the film, Remke de Lange talks to Marloes van Noorloos, Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Institute for Criminal Law and Criminology.

Remke de Lange is a film critic for Trouw and has been involved with Movies that Matter since the festival’s inception. She edits the festival newspaper and organizes the Trouw public day. She also gives guest lectures on film criticism and film analysis for schools. She also teaches Dutch as a Second Language (NT2).

Marloes van Noorloos is a professor of criminal law and criminal procedure at Leiden University. She specialises in crimes of expression and has conducted research into, among other things, the role of libel and slander proceedings following public accusations of sexual misconduct in the context of #MeToo.
