During the after-talk Q&A, moderator Nadiia Ivanova (Director of the Center for Human Rights and Democracy at People in Need) together with director Alisa Kovalenko, activist Iryna Dovgan will discuss the Russian military’s systematic use of sexual violence as a weapon of war and torture of prisoners during Russia’s ongoing aggression in Ukraine; as well as the brave women and men trying to heal themselves and their country despite this trauma.
