Cineville is valid for all regular film screenings at Filmhuis Den Haag, Theater aan het Spui, Theater Dakota and a number of satellite locations. Read more about the ordering process below.
Ordering tickets
Online ticket sales
Cineville pass holders can order tickets for film screenings at Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui from Thursday 7 March on our website. During the ordering process, choose the ticket type ‘MtMF Cineville card (€ 0.00)’ and enter your personal card number. For the whole festival, you can order a maximum of 10 films with your Cineville card.
It is not possible to order combi-tickets (such as Best of #MtMF24, the HUMAN day, the Trouw afternoon, the 2Doc evening, De Groene day and the Camera Justitia day) with your Cineville card. However, you can order tickets with your Cineville card for the individual screenings that are part of the special.
Please note: Cineville tickets for screenings at Theater Dakota and the satellite locations can be ordered through the box office of the respective theatres, not through the Movies that Matter website.
Festival box office at Theater aan het Spui
During the festival period from Friday 22 March to Saturday 30 March, Cineville tickets for screenings at Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui on the day itself can also be ordered through the festival box office. The festival box office is located in the foyer of Theater aan het Spui and opens every day half an hour before the start of the first screening. Please note that it can be busy at the box office on location and arrive on time.
Your visit
Have you ordered a Cineville ticket for a screening in Filmhuis Den Haag or Theater aan het Spui online? Then you can have your ticket scanned directly at the screening room from 15 minutes before the start of the screening. Please have your Cineville card ready.
You do not need to activate your online Cineville ticket at the festival box office in the foyer of Theater aan het Spui. The ticket will be scanned and activated at the entrance of the screening room.
Cancelling Cineville tickets
Have you ordered a Cineville ticket online and unfortunately you can’t come to the screening after all? Cineville tickets can be cancelled via the website. Go to the shopping basket. Log in to your account. Under ‘My Account’ you will find ‘Order history’. Here you can cancel the relevant order.
