Cineville is valid for all regular film screenings at Filmhuis Den Haag, Theater aan het Spui, Theater Dakota and a number of satellite locations. Read more about the ordering process below.
Ordering tickets
Online ticket sales
Cineville pass holders can order tickets for film screenings at Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui from Thursday 9 March on our website. During the ordering process, choose the ticket type ‘MtMF Cineville card (€ 0.00)’. With your Cineville pass, you can order up to 10 film tickets online.
It is not possible to order combi-tickets (such as Best of #MtMF23, the Trouw Afternoon, the 2Doc Night and the Camera Justice day) in one go with your Cineville pass. However, you can order tickets for the individual screenings that are part of the special with your Cineville pass.
Please note: Cineville tickets for screenings at Theater Dakota and the satellite locations can be ordered through the respective theatres.
Festival box office
During the festival period from Friday 24 March to Saturday 1 April, Cineville tickets for screenings at Filmhuis Den Haag and Theater aan het Spui can also be ordered at the festival box office. The festival box office is located outside on the square in front of Theater aan het Spui and opens every day 15 minutes before the start of the first screening. Keep in mind that it can be busy at the box office on location and arrive on time.
With your Cineville pass, you can order up to 10 film tickets online. If tickets are still available, you can use your Cineville pass to order more tickets at the box office from four hours before the start of your screening of your choice (in addition to the 10 tickets you have already reserved online).
Validating tickets
Have you ordered a Cineville ticket for a screening in Filmhuis Den Haag or Theater aan het Spui online? Then you have to validate it at the festival box office prior to your screening. This is possible from four hours before the start of your screening, provided the festival box office of the location is already open. The festival box office is located outside on the square in front of the Theater aan het Spui and opens 15 minutes before the start of the first screening of the day. You must validate your ticket at the box office no later than 15 minutes before the start of the screening, otherwise it will expire.
Please note: Cineville tickets for screenings at Theater Dakota and the satellite locations can be ordered through the respective theatres. You can validate these tickets at the relevant venue, and not at the festival box office.
Cancelling Cineville tickets
Are you unable to come to the screening? Cineville tickets can be cancelled via the website. Go to the shopping basket. Log in to your account. Under ‘My Account’ you will find ‘Order history’. Here you can cancel the relevant order.
